2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • You are a first-time customer (refunds are not available for repeat subscriptions)
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

5. Free Trial Period

If you signed up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel your trial at any time before it ends to avoid being charged.

If you forget to cancel and are charged, the 30-day refund policy still applies from the date of your first payment.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period (except within the 30-day guarantee)

7. Exceptions

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us for a refund, you may be permanently banned from using our services.
