All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Software
• Rent, lease, or lend your licence to others
• Use our Software for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use our Software to provide services to third parties

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, and content, are owned by TradeAlgoSuite Technologies Ltd or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated herein.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Our Software is a tool to assist with analysis and execution support only. All trading decisions are made solely by you.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADEALGOSUITE TECHNOLOGIES LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon termination, your licence to use our Software immediately ceases.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
